- 23 branches of administration with the exception of Wehrmacht, finance and justice. As far as supervision of the protectorate authorities is concerned, they report to the Oberlandrat in a similar way as the protectorates ministries do to the Reiahsprotector. The Oberlandrat can make the same orders - of course only for its official territory - as the Reichsprotektor trirfts against the Frotektrat government. An Oberland Rat district has about 300.O00 to 700.O 00 inhabitants, with the exception of the Oberland Council district of Prague, which counts far more inhabitants because the city of Prague belongs to it. On the protectorate side there are the state presidents who have extensive powers in the sense of an authoritarian leadership of the Frotektorate. The leader has emphasized his position by granting him the protection and the honorary rights of a state chief. Under him is the government with a prime minister and nine ministers in a technically rich organization. Among the Miniaters are two bodies, namely the regional authorities in Prague and Brno for the two countries Bohemia and Moravia, among them the 93 head of the district. According to the example of the former Austrian administrative organisation, both bodies, with some exceptions, combine all the administrative branches. Nothing has been changed in the administrative organisation of Tachecho-Slovakia. Only the two ministries which became superfluous after the integration of Bohemia and Mihren into the empire and the adoption of protection by the Reioh, namely the War and Foreign Office, have disappeared.
