On the basis of an order, supervision is handled in such a way that laws and regulations are submitted by the individual ministers to the office of the Reich Protector before final adoption in the Council of Ministers, and administrative measures of an important nature at the preparatory stage. In addition, there is another means of the Imperial Protector in the management of the Protectorate. In accordance with § 1 of the Ordinance of 7 July 1939, the Reichsprotektor may amend autonomous law if it requires the common interest. In this case, it must not therefore be the case that the "danger in the contract" is necessary if the protector otherwise wishes to make orders which are necessary to him himself. And finally, the members of the protectorate government, i.e. the ministers, are confirmed by the Reicheprotektor, who can withdraw this confirmation at any time with the consequence that the member concerned will immediately lose his office.
