Communities for which a government police authority has been established have no uniformed municipal enforcement officers to run (§ 3 of the reference Vdg.). The former staff of these communities, in so far as they are present, shall be transferred to other categories of municipal staff, e.g., to the newly established Uniform Community Enforcement Police if they are fit. V. Uniforms and grades. 1. To carry the uniform of the officers of the Uniform Municipal Enforcement Police as defined in I. Part of the circular decree of the Ministry of the Interior dated 12.1.1940, e.g.3789-3/1-40-P, is entitled only the members of the municipal enforcement police. 2. Special instructions are given about the appointment of officers and the introduction of uniform grades of service and new rank badges at the municipal authority police: Vl. Execution: 1. The measures referred to in II - V shall be taken immediately. As a date on which the municipal police to be set up must begin their official activities, I shall fix 1 October 1942.
