137 A P ro t o kol1, registered on 7 July 1994l at the City Office in Königinhof, Austria, with Josef Benedikt, head of the police department in Königenhof, Germany, on behalf of the district authority in Königienhof, Austria on 5 July 1994 l94l, Z. 25.650/41 : According to the relevant questions, the interviewee states the following: "In the year 194o, four gendarmerie guards were assigned to the municipal police corps by the Ministry of the Interior, who, according to the government decree on the transfer of gendarmes to another public service, had to be placed in the first class of the non-service class of gagists. With this classification they had to be awarded the title of municipal police station. Until then there was only one city police station as a guard station manager at the corps as a result of the transport ban; moreover, as the second guard room manager there was still a staff guard. After the classification of the gendarmerie guards and their appointment as municipal police officers, they requested that they be appointed as guards of maximum rank also as guards' officers, on the grounds that they cannot be subordinated as ensigns to a staff guard. Of these four guards assigned by the Ministry of the Interior, a Ruthene with approximately one year of gendarmerie service, absolutely without knowledge of the regulations and unable to prepare the simplest criminal charges independently.
