8h A_b_8-2_h_r_i_f_t_$ 4. Mar 41. The Upper Land Council in Brno. Pol. To the Lord Reichsprotector in Bohemia and Moravia - Commander of the Order Police - in Pr_ag_ Subject:_ Personnel relations at the Police Directorate in Brno . Attachments: Ever since my arrival as the Chief Land Council of Brno, d.i. since June 1940, I have been trying to correct the untenable human rights violations in the police direction of Brno. I can refer to my countless oral and written ideas in this matter. On 13 August 1940, for example, 1ch had agreed that the police department had submitted 33 requests from German applicants for recruitment by way of service via the Landesbehörde in Brno and had reimbursed them for recruitment permits. I have now had the head of the police department draw up a list from which the applicants' Nanen and the data of the submission are to be seen and the transfer of the individual requests. I would like to find out from this that 12 applications were already made on 11 June 1940 and 15 other requests on 7 June 1940. I have made every effort here to find people who would be suitable for the police service and have mobilised the party and its glyphs for this purpose. It is shameful for me to have to explain once again, on demand, that nothing has been achieved in Prague because of the Kinştelkung. Even in the present day of the general lack of personnel, one cannot really demand that the relevant Carinthians sit here for 9 months and type them in response. I have repeatedly pointed out that there is a danger that the people concerned may move to the economy or elsewhere.
