Beilager:I The Ministry of the Interior has the honour to state that on 18 December l906 in Alt-Rohlau, Karlovy Vary district,born Johann Blechschmied, last resident in Rokitzan,has issued an option declaration on 1 December l938 for the former state citizenship of itself and his family, i.e. the wife Anna, born Bartoš and the daughter Věra. On 3 March 1939, the Ministry of the Interior, by decree of Z.95000/778, informed the person named that its option declaration pursuant to § 1 of the Treaty between the German Reich and the former Czechoslovak Republic of 20 November 1938,Slg. No.300 has no object since he did not become a German national under the option contract cited above,because he had his residence in Rokitzan on 10 October 1988 in the territory of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia.
