The applicant must have a minimum size of 1.70 m (up to the age of 20 1.68 m). He must not have been removed or accepted by the Wehrmacht or served in the Wermacht. (Exceptions are permitted with the consent of the OK W.) Volunteers with a duty of 41⁄2 or 12 years of service are posted. 5 As an active member of the Arms-4, it is to be considered who is obliged to see for 41/z or more years. A member of the stand for leave of absence is the person who is voluntarily called to the Arms-4 (volunteer of war) or from the General 4y to the service in the Waffen-4. The legal position of the members of the Wafen-4y is defined in the Einsatz-Wehrmacht-Gepführnis-gesetz (EW GG.) and equal to that of the army. After the service period ended in the Arms-44, the obliged relative is open to many careers in the general, public and private services in addition to the statutory compensation and care. In addition to the career of the 44-sub-conductor and 4-conductors in the troop service of all arms classes, these careers include the special careers of all disciplines. 9 The only decisive factor for registration and promotion is: 1. Character as a German man. 2. Probation as a National Socialist and Man. 3. Performance as a soldier and leader.
