Professor Pfitzner has admitted that the ij-T.Inf.Ers.Batl. has not to pay any fees for the use of buses until a date to be determined. In this case, the T.Inff. Ers.Batl. is hired to either return the buses or to continue using them. In this case, however, the electricity companies must insist that from the moment in question, the fees for the use of the buses are continuously deducted from the fees due under the provisions of the Reichsleistungsgesetes.
