The Ministry of Education and People's Culture makes the responsible school inspectorates aware of the matter in an appropriate way, especially as far as the middle schools are concerned. The Minister for Social and Health Administration has negotiated the matter with the representatives of the professional employee organisations for the purpose of ensuring that appropriate arrangements are made in view of the employment situation. The National Community /Národní souručenství/ also pays special attention to the fact that any memory of the former State Day as well as any demonstrative behaviour is not disturbed in the least. By circular dated 2 October 1940, Z. 60.480/40 Dr. M./Vb, the Committee of the National Community has imposed on all county and district secretariats of the national community to work with all means to ensure absolute peace and order everywhere and that 28 October does not differ in any way from the other weekdays. In the same spirit, the officials of the national community also take orally into account.
