Even in the outskirts of the city of Prague, there are to be police forces everywhere who must prevent large numbers of people from flooding into the city. Stations must be monitored in exactly the same way. Large crowds of people who may flow out of the train stations on Sunday afternoons or Monday evenings in order to rotate in the main streets of the centre of the city are to be dissolved in time and immediately pushed off into the side streets. aatonen The Czech police are instructed to station their forces at the main points of the town, first in invisible form. 2./ If the Czech police refuse to intervene, the German police, which will be in readiness in Prague from 27 October, immediately agreed with the commander of the police and Major Lutz, the local battalion commander, that the battalions will be immediately marched upon my call. 3./ The intelligence service is in the hands of the state police, which - if necessary - will apply for the deployment of the German police to me.
