Following in the decree on the decree of the Führer and Chancellor of the Reich concerning the Protectorates of Bohemiaand Moravia dated 22 March 1939 (Reichsgesetzbl. I, p. 449) expressed will of the leader, the Imperial Protector is the sole representative of the empire in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. All departments of the kingdom in the protectorate are subordinated to him. Permanent Representative of the Imperial protector is the State Secretary, who with decree of 28.4.1939 - OKdo. (1) No. 47/39 (not published) - to the Higher = and police leader in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia has been appointed. As the leader of the German police in the Protectorate and - unless the authority of the commander of the security police is given - for the handling of the police affairs in the authority in the Reich Protector, this is directly subordinated to the commanders of the order police. I. Duties of the Commander of the Order Police. In the authority of the Reichsprotdtor, the Commander of the Order Police handles all matters dealt with within the Reich Ministry of the Interior by the RFýuChddtPol. in the RMdI - Hauptamt Ordnungspolizei. In particular, he is responsible for dealing with the following subjects: 1.) Leadership and deployment of all units of the German police in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. 2.) Affairs of the police administration, for which the Office of Administration and Justice is responsible in the Main Office of the Police of the Pro- tectorate, including supervision of the policing administration. In the case of important matters, in particular the adoption of police regulations, organisational measures and the influence on the occupation of senior police officers at the Protectorate.
