English Translation
3 St.S.πJ2 Prague, 9 November 1940. With 2 annexes, submitted to the Under-Secretary of State 311 Zimik an f M. rieo Jan muy fhag hainel briafel an f r Waltu w2 M. fr falo The Secretary of State, in his capacity as Vice-Presidents of the preparatory police for the 27th and 28th VATs. In the area of the city of Prague, the intention was to amend paragraph 2 of Section III of the order of duty for the German police in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia so that the rule provided for in paragraph 2 above could only take place if the higher 4 and police leader did not apply any different rules for the individual case. In order to avoid double decisions, both the commander of the police and the Oberlandrat should be required to ask the higher and police leader whether they have to expect a special instruction in time for events requiring measures to maintain calm and security. In view of the fundamental importance of the matter, I would like to bring it to your attention, and if you wish to discuss the matter with the Secretary of State, I ask for a telefonical statement. In the other case, I would be grateful for the return of this pleading and the annexes so that the necessary measures can be taken because of the implementation of the special regulation. →A Superior Council.
