T - I. For the first time, this report intends to provide a compilation of reports on the activities of the Czechs outside the borders, without, however, wishing to claim an exhaustive presentation. Rather, the presentation of the links leading to the Protectorate or existing between individual countries, as well as the working methods of the Czech opponent abroad, will enable or facilitate the fight against the owner of the protectorate, in particular the well-known Czech secret organization "Národní odboj " and other still unknown resistance circles, and the disruption of the activity abroad or the creation of suitable starting points for this purpose. Most of the results presented in the report are based on material brought in by the SD section of Prague in a follow-up service from abroad and suitable for a preliminary summary. In addition, communications from the representative of the Federal Foreign Office to the Reichsprotektor and from the Foreign Office in Berlin, as well as reports from the defence station in Prague and finally from the special command of the head of the security police and SD in Paris, were used to supplement or round off the picture. In discussing details of the Czech secret organization, the findings of the investigation were used by the secret state police. In general part, an overview is to be given, without referring to details, about the anti-rich activity of Czechs abroad and its impact on the protectorate. The following is a brief account of the activities of the "Czech Counter-Government" in Paris and London.
