Applications must therefore be sent to the military department responsible for the decision by means of all the necessary facilities. the Presidents of Bohemia and Moravia - Reichsauftragsverwaltung - in Prague and Brno, who are responsible for the residence or permanent residence of the bride, with the request for approval. 3.) In the event of a conflict between the President of the Government or the President responsible and the decisive military superior, the documents and opinions shall be given to the commander of the Wehrmacht. If no agreement has yet been reached, the High Command of the Wehrmacht will decide, to which the requests for 3b must be submitted. 5.) In all marriages of Wehrmacht members with members of the Protectorate, it is necessary to ensure that the bride moves her residence to the Old Kingdom at the latest after the marriage close-up, unless the husband's residence is in the Brotektorat. 6.)
