43 - 6 - Since, in mid-November, an action was launched via the party to accommodate l5o old- Reich German children from areas at risk of air raids, the city of Prague decided to provide 3oo places for housing rich German children in urban institutions. An application to the Hauptamt der NS- Volkswohlfahrt in Berlin to assign us children has so far remained unanswered. a new Vdeutscher Kindergarten is being set up in Prague VII. In recent times negotiations are taking place on the intensification of the German small gardening system in Prague. On the strengthening of German influence in the administrative committee of the Prague City Insurance Institute, negotiations have been conducted with the competent body of the Reichsprotektor, and a list of new members has already been drawn up from our side, which will then be submitted for approval. Finally, it should be noted that Dr.Janda and Dr.Wörsch, two retired German officials of the regional authority in Prague, have been appointed as government commissioners in Prague I - VII and XIX. Further appointments for Prague XII and XVI are to be expected. Nevertheless, it cannot be underscored here either that the institution of government commissioners in the individual districts of Prague is a rather superfluous institution.
