9a 16 meant for him as a married person the reduction of his remuneration. In 1938 he received an inscription from the directorate that he should strive for the csl. citizenship until a certain date, otherwise he would be released from the service on 31.12.1938. In trust of this written communication, he set everything in motion in order to obtain the csl. citizenship, which he was also granted in case he was released from the Polish state federation. To his great surprise, the directorate did not comply with her written declaration and announced it completely without reason in May 1938. As a result, when he was 5 years old, he had lost not only the éxistence for ever, since he will not be accepted anywhere at his age, but also that the Polish authorities, on the basis of his request, found that he was no longer entitled to Polish citizenship. Now he stands in the world as a stateless person. 8. Olga F i a l a , csl.Citizen of the State, was employed for many years as the director of the DDsG's agency in Theben with the Dunajplavba, where she sold the tickets for passenger transport. When the directorate of Dunajplavba published an article on the search of csl. debt by the children of the employees - which we will mention even further - this official has, according to duty, paid attention to some families of employees of the Dunajpllavba living in Thebes on this article. However, when this incredible action of the company was sharply criticized in the German press (Vöikkischer Beob- achter, Die Zeit) as well as in German radio and parliamentary terms, the directorate has given rise to a scapegoat in the person of this official. This - whether or not she had her parents' very modest assets in Thebes and lived there in her own home, was transferred to Prussia and replaced by a lady from Prussia, both of whom had to go to her post every day and bear the expenses themselves, on the other hand, both had to be paid by the company for a certain period of time. This lady, too, has been politically unreliable, which had to be confirmed by the fact that the Ing. Droppa had a widowed sister, who, according to the man, is a German citizen, issued a Frai card for the passenger ship, which was delivered in the morning, taken off the same day. 9 At the agency in Beograd, the Yugoslav citizen and long-time servant Johann Fr h a r d t was dismissed because of German nationality. 10. At the agent in Russe in Bulgaria, the long-term director of the agency Wilhelm Ml l e r was terminated, but the Italian citizen (born in Trieste) was a German national. 11. In Galatz, the long-time director Albert B o n d i , German citizen of German nationality, was dismissed because of the latter.
