56a (a) because of their outstanding abilities and achievements in the command of troops and in other areas of responsibility, they have been entrusted with positions which are otherwise only performed by leaders of higher rank, or (b) have proved themselves particularly well and excellent in front of the enemy (tap before the enemy). Any preferred transport shall be fully justified in the transport proposal. B. The provisions of the active leaders of the arms shall apply mutatis mutandis to the transport of the reserve commanders. Reserve leaders of advanced age, participants in the world war and leaders of the generals with higher grades, in particular leaders who have already proven themselves in their political career in human leadership, should be promoted, taking into account their service achievements, preferably to the rank which corresponds to the highest level of service which they can fill fully. C. D. Specialist guide: The provisions of the order of 21 June 1942, paragraph 5, are applicable for the promotion of professional guides. After that, promotions can only be carried out with the strictest standard.
