A promotion to higher ranks is provided only for those leaders who belong to the narrowest circle of the leading personalities of the party, state and economy in the Gauen and the Reich. C. Special provisions: 1. Leaders of the General 1⁄21⁄2 who serve in the Wehrmacht or in the Waffen-1⁄2 shall be submitted for promotion only in accordance with the order of RF-43, the head of the four-person head office abt. I A 2, of 4 September 1942 and the RF-41⁄2, the chief of the Staff Head office abb. The condition for promotion is that (aa) the proposed person has been in his current rank since August 1st.
