The deputy leader of section XxXIX and leader of the 107th-Standarte, 4-Obersturmbannführr Sladek, Iglau, has not been promoted to the -StandtenführER, contrary to the proposal made by section XXXIX on the 20th of May 1941. I do not know the reasons for this, but I would like to point out that Obersturmbannführer Sladek has formally promised the promotion to the standard leader within a period of years after the establishment of the Protectorate that he is always ready to be used for pilots and peoples.
