STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 1920, sig. 109-6/12 (damaged)
English Translation
Attitude as the - if voluntary - commissioners of the highest party posts the honorary co-workers of the party liaison office sign the correspondence. I had considered signing all the letters addressed by the party association to the authority of the Reich Protector myself. This is technically impossible, however, since the correspondence is far too extensive. Nor is there a need for this, because in most cases it is a matter which, by its nature, does not require personal drawing by me. It is also not customary for the authorities to draw all matters in person to the head of the authority, even if they are written to equivalent or superior authorities. These very oaths of inferior character are not personally intended for the head of the written authority, but are also addressed only to his speakers or group leaders. This is expressed both by the content and by the external form. If an activity of these honorary employees is not desired, there are only the following possibilities: 1.) The highest party posts are asked to appoint full-time representatives, but this seems to be just as inappropriate due to the lack of suitable co-workers as it is from the consideration that the task force should be a large task force with its own substantive work, but a central treatment of the problems and uniform orientation in close cooperation with the other relevant party posts (governance and circuit boards).
