Decree on the use and identification of service cars of the authorities, the NSDAP, their divisions and affiliated associations, The order of the guide on the usage of passenger cars of 16 February 197 On 1 January 1942, after which motor vehicles may be used only for the purpose of carrying out war or vital tasks, the service cars of the authorities as well as of the NSDAP, their divisions and affiliated associations also apply. In order to identify the passenger cars of the authorities, which have no special registration marks (round sign with red "r", WH, WL, Hh, Pol., DR, RP, RAD, PC, PV, PS uSw.), as well as the NSDAP, their divisions (except the motor vehicles with the registration number v) and affiliated associations are therefore determined in addition to my decree of 16 February 1942 -III/2 P 65/42: 1.) Passenger cars of state and municipal authorities are marked by a black "p". The black symbol "B" may only be affixed to service cars (not to the so-called official own motor vehicles). 2. The passenger cars of the NSDAP and their divisions (except those with the registration number i), in which the party or the division as motor vehicle holder is indicated in the motor vehicle licence, are marked by a black "p". After examination, the party liaison office at the Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia will summarise the requests for the issue of the sign "p" in lists and hand over them to the authority responsible for the issuance of the symbol according to paragraph 3 of this document. 3.) The characters "B" and "p" are made according to the model printed in the Appendix and are officially manufactured at the Primator of the Prague City -Reigh order administration - Department of Road Transport:
