(l) The evaluation of the Ceburt year programmes, which must be recruited as police guards, is to be classified in the Working Group with the Circular Rates 1860 - 1980R. The BDA. Whereas the date of appointment should be fixed; whereas, in view of the grant of the housing allowance, reference is made to paragraph 5 (4); (2) The further career of the service depends on the general provisions; (3) Applicants entering the post as police guards may be promoted to police guards after one year of service, to police officers after another year of work, and to police inspectors after completion of the 35th year of employment. The employment on life-time can only take place after a period of service of l2 years and the examination for employment for life. √ IV. Healing care. 7. The applicants receive after their employment free healing care within the framework of the health care regulations. V. Training, service clothing, armament. 8. In the interests of uniform training, the new applicants will be brought together from here to form training battalions and groups. (1) At the 15th of each month, for the first time on 15.11.1939, the police departments (see point 3(1) adD) shall report to the higher administrative authorities seven days in advance.
