20a - lo - With regard to the need for the quickest establishment, it is necessary to proceed generously with regard to all documents and certificates to be provided. These documents can be obtained after the recruitment has been completed. Thus, before the recruitment, only the police investigation required in paragraph 15 of the RdErl.v.3.6.1939 must be carried out. The recruitment order must be taken to the applicant's employment record. III. Career. 4. The recruitments are made on an ongoing basis on the 1st and 15th of each month, namely applicants from the birth years 19l8 - l920 are hired as police officers, applicants from other birth years as police guards. 5.@ (l) The police candidates receive a basic remuneration of 1.l4O,-- RM, which is subject to the reductions under the three salary reduction regulations. They are not entitled to housing allowance. If the police candidates are exceptionally granted the housing allowance on the basis of the RdErl of 28.8.1939 (RMBliV.S.1829), they receive it in accordance with tariff class VII (with 4C % deduction); cf. Annex 4 Section a to the Law on the 32nd amendment of the Law of 27.9.1938 (RGBl.I p. 1205). Food allowance according to section B of the RdErl. vcm 27.4.1937 (RMBl.S.720) is not responsible. (2) The police candidates are appointed police guards after one year of probation; basic salary rates 1.4 lC - 1,500 RM. The BDA should be fixed at the date of employment. (3) After the completion of the fourth year of service (including the term of office as a police candidate), the police guards shall be placed in the grade with the basic salary rates 1 860 - 1980 RM.
