Since all departments are checked with regard to their area of responsibility and strength, a set must be presented by each representative body, which must include without further additions the following: 1. name of department, 2. name of head, 3 name of superior department, 4. domain, short description of the staff and structure of the department, 5. Total number of guides, underleaders and men employed at the post. 6. Number of kv. and gv. field machines, separated by guides, subleaders, and men. Special lists of names (first name, surname, date of birth and rank), separated by drivers, subordinates and males in duplicate (lists on the head with the names of the post). For E-units only the regular staff must be reported. 7. Commanders, broken down by: leaders, classified by rank (year and fitness level to be indicated), sub-leaders (years and fitness levels), crews (age and fitness), male employees (year, fitness level, type of employment), female'employees (year of birth and type of occupation). If the last follow-up studies are longer than 3 months, follow-ups of all gv. field and gvH. men shall be carried out prior to submission of the lists. 5. The higher and police chief's office is asked to make the necessary orders, to collect the compilations in good time (according to paragraph 3) and to number them, so that the same 24 hours before the meeting are ready to pick up at the higher and policing head's department. 6. Following the meeting (see below). Paragraph 1) the review of the RFy services shall take place separately from the services of the Wehrmacht.
