The experience of the group since the establishment of the Protectorate in traffic with the Czech authorities, as well as the directorate-general of the Czech motorway, has shown that a deeper influence on these authorities is not possible only by correspondence. In the highway, due to this fact, was tried by the secondment of the government builder a.D. Grothe to the Directorate-General of the Czech Motorway and the building assessor Beck and Dipl.Ing. Trenkler to the construction direction Brno and Prague to gain greater influence. This attempt has only been successful in part, as sufficient support has been refused by the Czech authorities, so that the persistent resistance, especially the head of the Czech Authorities, has not been eliminated. In order to overcome all the difficulties that have now been identified, it is proposed to reorganise the Roads Group with simultaneous integration into the Transport Group, and to fill the main executive posts of the Technical Departments of the State Offices in Prague and Brno, as well as the Directorate-General of the Czech Motorway in Prague.
