197 On 21 September 1940 at ll o'clock, the Department of Commerce /Obersectionsrat Dr. David/ informed the Ministry of the Interior that, with regard to the Autotaxi in Prague, the question of the increase in their number at night time was dealt with by the Transport Commissioner at the Office of the Lord Reich Protector. The latter has explained that he himself will take care of the matter in an appropriate manner.
