On 19 September 1940, Mr Ch a r v át, President of the Police, informed the Ministry of the Interior of the arrangements for the night traffic of the autodroshken: "Yesterday, on 18 September 1940 a consultation took place at the Commercial Department of the Municipal Council of Prague in the presence of a representative of the Department of Commerce. The matter will only be able to be dealt with by a suitable division of the fuels/fuels/solution. Therefore, the representative of the Ministry of Commerce will have to negotiate with the commissioner of the Office of the 2 Reich Protector, who will not return to Prague until Friday 20 September."
