If the companion alone passes the certificate to point 9, as well as the local authority's driving licence according to the model of Appendix 7 f of the clearance rules, that the companion has accommodated the seriously injured or severely damaged person of the national survey or picks him up from the place of accommodation. The name of the companion and the name and place of residence of the damaged person must be indicated in the ticket. The ticket of the municipal authority is valid only in connection with the 9th certificate. It is stamped by the ticket issue before the start of the journey and is valid for 4 days, including the day of the stamping. 12. The railway administration and in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia the Reichsversorgung department at the Oberlandrat in Prague give the forms for the tickets only on presentation of the certificate after 9 to the victims of war.
