Čedoc's shares were rewritten to Deutsche Reichsbahn in the share book on 30/l2.1940. The Board of Directors, in agreement with the Reichsverkehrsministerium Berlin, has been reorganized under the excretion of part of the Czech members. It now consists of the following gentlemen: 1./ Attorney Dr. Böger (Mer Berlin) Chairman 2./ Oberreichsbahnrat Dr. Mr von Gersdorff (Reichsbahndirektion Berlin) Vice-Chairman 3/Department President Hilgers (Reiksbahndrekion Berlin) 4./Director Neubauer (Mer Berlin) ( 5/Detector Dr. Husak (Transport Ministry Prague) Foreign national 6/Ministerial Council Dr. Spaček (Transport Department Prague) Protector 7./ Obersektionsrat Dr. Mr Machanec (Ministry of Transport in Prague) Members of the Protectorate In spite of their Czech nationality, the Lords on 6/ and 7/ remained on the Board of Directors, as it is customary for the railway administration, with which the travel agency has to work closely together, to be represented on the Management Board, thus ensuring close cooperation between travel agency and railway administration. Ministerial Councillor Špaček is the per sonal-tariff-referent of the Ministry, senior section councillor Dr. Machanec works on contracts with travel agencies. Both gentlemen have worked on the Board of Directors of Čedok so far without any appointments. They do not have any significant influence on the management of the company, since they can be overruled at any time by the German gentlemen and, on the other hand, they are always able to represent the ./.
