Professor Johann®c h 1u p  , Neu-Pijow , states: On 1 January 1942, I was invited by the district school inspector Jan S t r u p e k in Neu-Bijahov and it was told that as a leading historian I was to lead the re-training courses for the history teachers in Czech primary and primary schools. The courses were to take place from 12 to 19 January 1942 and were to be held at the same time at Neu-Bijow and Chlumetz a.d.z. When I drew attention to the difficulties of the simultaneous holding of the course in two places, the district school inspector asked me to take over the management of the courses in both places as a leading/fistorist in New Bijahov. Asked why I have difficulties in taking the course in both places, I replied that I was responsible for keeping the courses exactly, and that as a result, I had to be present at the courses from start to finish. Then the district school inspector told me in private: "To musíte udělat tak, aby se vlk nažral a koza zustala celá'. (d.i. When I then expressed myself how I imagined the opening of the course and the furnishing of the school room for the course, I explained the following: On the front wall, where the table is, the image of the leader and the flag of the empire, on one side and the banner of the protectorate and the picture of the president on the left behind the speaker, were to be applied. The district school inspector replied to me that he had no decree for this and that the pictures of the leader and the president do not have to come into the school room and that images of the head and president belong only in the Nm management office. When I then explained that I intend to open the proposals with a high right hand and at the same time combine a guide's lecture with the opening of the course, the district school inspector replied:
