In order to regulate the behaviour of the subordinate safety authorities and organs during journeys S.E. of Mr. Stellv. Reichsprotector, I announce the following basic guidelines for your information in order to arrange suitable measures: Security measures of the protectorate bodies may, as far as they are the person S.
