78 - 3 - England , which are led for our and the European Preisheit , fell. We want to pay special tribute to our fallen pilots. /At this point the reportage was interrupted - the broadcast was continued on records - the speeches were reproduced only in excerpts. We organize ourselves here abroad and work on the laws of our state until the victorious return to our home country. Ünser people alone will determine the state structure and the nature of his further political life. Our preparatory workers for the state institutions are permeated by the basic principle of the republic. From this basis our whole political counter-programme is also being worked out. I must stress again that we have never accepted or recognized the Munich Agreement. Just as everything that was connected with this agreement, it means a break of international treaties and our laws. What happened before and after Munich was not freely accepted by us and meant a violent violation of international standards. I did not welcome or ratify anything of what was carried out. Without the Munich victim of the CsR France and England could not have fought against Germany at all, it would not have been possible even in l939.
