285 - 4 - About Spain I have to say that no country in Europe enjoys such a peace and prosperity as now Spain. Unless Spain wants to be a country of supply to Germany, all questions with Spain can be resolved by means of negotiations. As an example, the well-regulated issue of the blockade for Spain can also be considered. England does not intend to interfere in the internal affairs of Spain, but Spain should take the place which is due to it. Although in these first days of Ok above the channel there were more favorable weather conditions, there was no jnvasion.
