31 Factsheet for Parents and Parents about the Admission of Boys to National Political Education Institutions As sites of National Socialist community education, the National Political Educational Institutions have the task of providing the German people with a versatile education for men who are particularly up to the demands placed on the next generation. In order to fulfil this task, the institutions only receive healthy, racially and characteristically perfect and 'spiritually gifted boys. Boys who do not meet these requirements have no prospect of receiving. In particular, in order to avoid unnecessary misapplications, it must be pointed out that an unfavourable economic or domestic situation of the parents is no reason for a boy to be admitted to a national political educational institution. The only decisive factor for the admission is the predisposition of the boy and his stay at the institution. For this reason, after the entrance examination, the admission is initially on trial for half a year. If the young man does not show himself up to the physical, character and mental requirements of the institution, he can be dismissed after a timely notification of the parents by the next half-yearly minutes, without a referral from a higher school at all. In addition to the educational and scientific training and the form of the character of all institutions, emphasis is placed on all forms of physical training in the interest of a versatile training.
