In connection with the question of studying Tséhechian students at German universities, I refer to the relevant correspondence and may inform you that, in agreement with the Lord Reichsprotector of the Czech press on the 1st of Mts., I have sent the attached announcement. It is envisaged to allow about fifty Czech technical and medical students to study at five universities of the Great German Empire. The students' selection and execution of their studies are based on the points of view I have outlined, whose strictest observance is ensured. Jch would like to emphasize that this is only an attempt, whose success remains to be seen. Further measures are not intended in advance. With binding greetings and salvation Hitler! Jhr St. S.00-30
