The beer rank, also called brewing right, is the name for a portion of the entitled person in the communal enterprise. The brewing right is no longer a real right and is not incorporated in the land register according to the land registry law of 25.7. 188l (R. 25) but only noted. It is permissible to transfer one brewing law from one house to another, to share the brewing rights. The current value of a brewing rank is estimated at 3.oo.ooo.- K. However, the sales value is likely to be much higher, as each Breurang generates a brewing benefit of over 9o.oo.-K annually, the brewing rank itself is divided into 25o shares. These shares are then often further subdivided, corresponding to the fractional co-owner in the properties.
