81 - 39 the brewing of beer became a free trade. The brewing law therefore has much historical significance and describes the share of the homeowner in the brewer's citizenship. The beer rank, also called brewing right, is the name for a portion of the entitled person in the communal enterprise. The brewing right is no longer a real right and is not incorporated in the land register according to the land registry law of 25.7. 188l (R. 25) but only noted. It is permissible to transfer one brewing law from one house to another, to share the brewing rights. The current value of a brewing rank is estimated at 3.oo.ooo.- K. However, the sales value is likely to be much higher, as each Breurang generates a brewing benefit of over 9o.oo.-K annually, the brewing rank itself is divided into 25o shares. These shares are then often further subdivided, corresponding to the fractional co-owner in the properties. If the founders of the brewer's ranks were almost exclusively Germans, the German possessions became more and more the hands of the Czechs about 5o years ago. The distribution of the brewery shares at the time of the establishment of the Protectorate was as follows: 28% German possession, 63% Czech possession, 9% Jewish possession. The Jewish possessions were divided into 67 different brewing shares, i.e. plots of land. Here, too, it will be the task of the recycling agency to assemble the brewing rings obtained and to strengthen German influence.17. The agricultural holdings and holdings confiscated in the first period were, as already mentioned, initially administered by a trustee. It was only later that the management of these properties and businesses was transferred to the Land Office, which it administers according to a uniform plan of land development and management by its own coercive administrators and senior administrators.
