18a In the case of the Protectorate, there is currently a government regulation in preparation, which also prohibits the conversion of dwellings for other purposes in Bohemia and Moravia and allows exceptions only in urgent individual cases. In the Protectorate, the repatriation of otherwise used housing by means of a legal measure meets considerable thinking, because the dwellings must be used almost exclusively by service parts of the party, the Reich or the Wehrmacht. However, the factual necessity for return exists here at least to the same extent as in the rest of the Reich. I ask all the German officials in Bohemia and Moravia to check in detail their space requirements and to ensure that their services are moved to premises that are not usable as apartments. The head of the mission unit (FI) will pay particular attention to the implementation of this order, and the inspectors of the Oberlandrats are invited to pay particular tribute to the question of repatriation of displaced housing. On 1 April 1994 it is necessary to report, ok, and in what extent previously occupied by German services, sales could be returned to the housing market. In Ventretunge gezo: K.H.
