t/ P r a g, 27 February 194). hhlshaber der Waffen-i Böhmen und Mähren IV a - Az. 63 / K e r t e i l e rs: Bfh./III. Subject: Rickführung of foreign apartments in Bohemia and Moravia. By order of 19 February 1943, the Reichsprotektor sent the following letter to the commander of the Wafffen-i Böhmen and Moravia: "The commissioner for the four-year plan, Reichsmarschall Göring, under the decree of 14.8.1942 RGBl.I p.545 on the prohibition of the alienation of housing for the Reich area, has in principle prohibited and ordered the conversion of living space for other purposes, that the courts and other public service places of dwellings which they have used for other uses, release again, if sufficient spare space is available. For the Protectorate, there is, at present, a governmental decree on preparation which, in Bohemia and Moravia, in principle prohibits the immutation of dwellings for other purposes and only allows exception in urgent individual cases. In the Protectorate, the repatriation of otherwise used dwellings meets a legal dimension of considerable concern, because the dwellings have to be called upon almost exclusively by service providers of the Fartei, the Reich or the Wehrmacht. However, the factual necessity for re-enforcement exists here at least in the same extent as in the rest of the Reich. The Head of Mission II will pay particular attention to the implementation of this order. Oberlandrat inspectors are also asked to pay particular regard to the question of repatriation of displaced housing. As of 1.4.1945, it should be reported whether and to what extent previously occupied dwellings could be returned to the housing market.
