I am told that there is an intention to divide the individual technical administrations into protectorates even further than before and thus to cut up the technical administrations. This would lead to a development in the Protectorate, which would be contrary to what I have finally made clear with the Minister of the Interior after six years of effort, namely the creation of an efficient technical administration for the individual territories of the Reich or the independent territories.
