THE SECRETARY TO THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 1583, sig. 109-4/1337
English Translation
From this point of view, it is not possible to see why the Czech nobility, which is not sufficiently friendly in itself, should be left at its full disposal under quite different conditions the disproportionately large possession of land. In this context it should be noted that the compulsory administration does not mean expropriation, but merely a limitation of the right of disposal. If in one case or another the possession is required for rich purposes, the owner will be replaced by the value of the object. At present, the Czech land reform has been refunded to the German large-scale property up to about l/5 of the value of the expropriated property. In my opinion, it is necessary to point out to the lawyer Zarnack in suitable form that his intervention in favour of the Czechs disturbs the political line in this area. His "objective" sense of right in this case seems to be quite out of the ordinary, allowing for the assumption that he lacks any political fingertips. 2. -Group leader K.H.
