1h - 3 - the Génadenakt was decisive. The trial against Count Kinsky is still ongoing and although Secretary of State Frank ordered the group Justice to the Reich Protector to ensure a fast, correct and sharp course of the proceedings, there is nevertheless the possibility that because of any interventions Kinsky also gets out of the matter with a blue eye. As is well known, the involvement of the Berlin lawyer Dr. Wolfgang Zarnack with regard to the abolition of the compulsory administrations, as also the personally stored cases of Count Zdenko Radslav Kinsky from Chlumetz, Count Franz Kinsky of Adlerkosseletz and Count Leopold Sternberg from Tchastolowitz, which were reported in individual opinions to the RsHA, were shown. A draft of a letter to the editor-in-chief Arnold Mohr in Berlin-Zehlendorf (Appendix 1), recorded by the Count Hyronimus Colloredo-Mansfeld in Zbirow, also shows that the threads in these contexts probably ran over Móhr, especially since Mohr even received a negative notice from the party chancellor on the date of 14.8.1942 for his interventions for the Bohemian Moravian high aristocracy (AppENDix 2). It is also known from findings that in Adels- kreisen, one deliberately intends to achieve a lifting or mitigating of the attached measures in the course of a cleverly applied intervention. After the announcements of the young Count Friedrich Karl Kinsky, a joint entry of significant Czech noblemen was planned with the involvement of well-deserved former Austrian officers and certain Czech major industrialists, who were supposed to be brought to the leader via high German officers. In order to get in touch with German circles, one wants to take advantage of the opportunity of hunting among nobles who are not yet under compulsory administration. About representatives in the money economy one believes also the minister for economy and work, ij-Oberführer Bertsch, to be able to achieve something in this regard.
