On the initiative of SS-Hauptsturmführer Dr. Z u b e r, I am sending in the annex a copy of the declaration of loyalty of the Czech nobility to Benesch from No.220 of the "Prager Tagblatty of September 18, 1938. The "Prager Tagblatt" is the only newspaper in which the explanation was published in full. All other newspapers only produced excerpts if they mentioned the statement at all. The original of the declaration is apparently no longer in the domestic P Mr. Min. Council Dr. G i e s in the House. St.M.M-16
