Mr Pfundtner, Secretary of State, informed me on the occasion of an interview on 19 April, concerning the re-establishment of Under-Secretary of State Dr.v.Burgsdorff in the Office of the Imperial Protector, that you, very venerable Mr Reicheminister, would occasionally receive Dr. v.Burgedorff. For your information, I would like to inform you of the following: The administrative forums initiated by -Obergruppenführer Heydrich have shifted a large part of the German administrative activity from the office of the Reichsprotektor to the autonomous departments. The development is conditioned by the fact that all the personnel capable of using war are withdrawn from the Office and made available to the Wehrmacht.
