The question of security measures at major events for the protection of leading personalities is dealt with in detail by the decree of the Chief of Security Police and SD of 9.3.1940 - IV B 2 No. 539/40 gRs.(19X/40) This decree is also available to the Higher ij- and Poli- zeiführer and the chief of the Order Police. By order of the Reichsprotektor of 19.5.1940 - BdS - IV - 891/40 - the responsibility of the state police for such security measures has once again been clearly pointed out. Exceptions in which the police are responsible have been made only for the road safety of railway lines on special occasions, namely by the decree ./. ot.@.4-57a/42
