At 12 h30 a lunch is given for 12 people in German Casino /Bed & Breakfast/, the arrangement of which I transfer to Mr. Swoboda. In agreement with Mrs. Kupaček, please take into account the following points, for which you are personally responsible: 1. Compilation of the food: a. Aperitiv b. Soup after Bohemian style c. As an appetizer trout, if not to have, garnished rolls (no carp). Goose roast with Bohemian klösen dessert: Palatschinken with fruit iokka g. For each course the appropriate wine variety, which must be especially read out. If there are no supplies in Zlin, the wine cellar of Napajedi Castle is to be used for this lunch after consultation with Mr. Gerbetz.Sliwowitz and other good liqueurs are also to be obtained. i.e. an appropriate selection of cigarettes and cigars must be provided. The special allocation to food must be done, as no cards should be taken off. 2. Special care must be taken to decorate the table, which must be decorated with flowers and, if possible, with porcelain figures, candlesticks, etc. 3. For the operation, selected perfectly German speaking waiters must be provided, which should be of particularly clean appearance. 4. The room itself as well as the Stiegenhaus must be clean in every respect. Above all, it must be ensured that the toilet is clean, that towel and soap are provided. The guest room has to be heated moderately and pleasantly, the lighting must be intact. 5.
