Dear party comrade Walter In the letter of the party Liaon Office in Böhmen and Moravia dated 18.9.d. - sign IC 44oo/Dr.K./Ko., concerning the Protectorate allowance, it is again pointed out that the abolition of the protectorate allowance or its extension to the German protectorate services is an urgent political necessity. I, too, believe that the question of the protection allowance must be dealt with in a final solution, which, by the way, will only be in the beginning of an abolition with reference to the appointment of the Minister of Finance. I think, however, that this question is of such an urgent nature that it should be decided in the light of the/total use of war and of the present more favourable relations in Bohemia and Moravia.
