F a n k Prag Czernin-Palais Betr.: R a s c h h o f e r , Hermann, Prof.Dr., born 26.7.19905 in Ried, kath., led., residing in Prague. Introduction: There. Note from lo.1.1940. Notes: Original. Prof. Dr. Hermann Raschhofer studied in Marburg, Vienna, Innsbruck, Berlin, Paris and Turin from 1923/24 to 1928. In 1927 he obtained his doctorate in Inns-bruck as Dr. rer.pol., in February 1938 as Drs.jur. and in July 1937 in Berlin for Dr. jur. habil. From March 1928 to March 1930, he worked at the Institute for Border and Foreign Studies in Berlin. From May 1930 to October 1931, he was the head of the German Burse in Tübingen, where he clearly preferred the Catholic circles of the popular German students from the south-east, who were under his supervision. At the same time, he worked at the International Law Institute in Berlin and worked as a consultant at the above-mentioned institute in the year l934. Any assessments from the aforementioned places can no longer be taught as a result of his short stay. Moreover, it can hardly be assumed that Raschhofer has somehow emerged in important form before l93o. - 2 -
