1aa - 2 - Raschhofer became a party comrade and returned to the Reich in 1934 as a trainee at the Berlin Institute for Foreign Public Law and International Law. He became one of the first employees of the political monthly publication "Volk und Reich" and since the beginning of 1937 he has been particularly active in legal matters of Sudeten Germanism in the field of propaganda and science. Through his publications of Czech reflections on the Peace Conference 1919/20, he made a valuable scientific contribution to the investigation of the Czech state foundation. Since then, he has become a close collaborator of Konrad Henlein on state-law issues. In the autumn of 1937, Raschhofer was awarded a teaching position for the law of the law and state science faculty of Göttingen, where he had to lead the seminar for international law, diplomacy and foreign policy. During his work in Götingen he was called a good scientist and educator.
