General Tige and mood The celebration for the renaming of the Vltavale in_Prague in Reinhard-Heydrich-Ufer on l8.l0.42 suffered from the extremely unfavourable weather. The participation of both German and Czech parties must also be described as weak, taking into account the rainy weather.
