The accused lived from his birth until March 1937 in the Reich. From 1923 to 1935 he was employed as a coachman in various agricultural enterprises.From 1 929 to 1935, he was a member of the NSDAP. In this year he committed embezzlement to the detriment of the DAF.He was sentenced to three months in prison for one year.It was only now established that the accused, who always felt as a German, was not a member of the Reich but a Czechoslovak nationality.He therefore was deported to the CSR in March 1937 after being punished.In the CSR he was taken into custody and questioned,for which reason he was expelled from Germany.
